Eureka Day at Syracuse Stage

By Katie Hopsicker & Natalie Bono

March 2020 meets the Parent Teacher Association in this slow and dry whirlwind of a show. Half comedy and half drama, Eureka Day tells the story of an elementary school forced under the all-too timely vaccine mandate fight. While the acting was emotionally charged, the story was emotionally draining, and the end of the first act, depicting a zoom call from hell, was the show's highlight. But kudos to Syracuse Stage for re-opening it's doors! Its upcoming season is one to watch.
